The Court

The Worshipful Company of Fletchers is run by the Master aided by a Court of Assistants. Our current Master is Deputy John Owen-Ward MBE, who was installed on 14 April 2011. The Master is elected for a year and presides at all our functions.

The Master is supported by the Upper Warden, Captain David Goodall RN, and the Renter Warden, Lesley Agutter.

The Upper Warden is the second most senior Officer of the Company and normally succeeds the Master.

The Renter Warden usually succeeds the Upper Warden.

But the unsung hero is our Clerk, Georgina Butler, who keeps all the records and ensures the Company keeps to its rules.
